Mrs Feagins departure will hurt the city. My guess is they will hire a relative with no experience. Kind of like the woman they hired a few months back to work at city hall and then was arrested on drug charges shortly after that. Like no one at city hall knew this woman's issues. This city seems to be going backwards instead of forward. Haven't heard anymore talk about 5 or 10 year plan and repairs to roads and waste water treatment.
