I saw The oilfield companies started dumping their sewage over there just recently, I don't know how it can be legal for them to stop and block the street while they discharge sewage which partially ends up on the street. Furthermore wasn't are sewer at near capacity levels now the oil companies dump there, I bet that has alot to do with the failure. Is Floresville licensed and equipped to handle oilfield waste being trucked in? I was told by a city worker only certain cities are but Floresville is not one of them. I hope the few bucks probably paid under the table were worth this enviromental disaster.
