On a daily basis I travel 97 East and make a left onto Bluebonnet Lane (still in city limits). I normally have to wait for traffic to clear before making the turn, and it is a regular occurrence that a tractor trailer is behind me. These drivers don't even bother to slow down, they pass to the right, on the shoulder, and miss hitting me by a SLIM margin. They obviously don't care about safety, they are just racking up miles. I don't have to know exactly what happened in this accident, but I'm sure we'll find that the CDL driver bears a major responsibility.
