RRE, I don't care if you're in the country or the city. If you can't contain it, don't keep it! That goes for dogs, cats, cows, horses, or any other four-legged mammal.

People in South Texas have this lacadasical "I'm in the country" attitude when it comes to letting their dogs run all over creation and it's high time that it stopped!

Bottom line: Keep your dog on YOUR property and no one else will have a problem. Capisce?
