When I mentioned Medicare in my response to Facts below, it was not about a war. It was trying to make Facts and others understand that the $500B in Medicare cuts in the ACA itself was sold as savings from fraudulent claims being paid to doctors and hospitals. Not reductions or eliminations of drugs or medical procedures.

In essence it's this sad. The lefties railed against Paul Ryan throwing grandma over the cliff, when in fact they knew all along that cutting payments on certain pharmaceuticals and eliminating certain medical procedures from the Medicare program would accomplish the same thing in a shorter period of time ... eliminating many of the Medicare recipients from the program much sooner than otherwise would be the case. The monies from no longer paying for those elderly patients would then be made available to pay for the ACA.

I never thought I would ever say anything like the above about my country's government or citizens. This verifies the 'death panel' that Sarah Palin was pounded upon by the lefties. Read page 43 of the bill itself.
