Untrue resident.....Do the children have a moral
obligation to return the money that their
parents stole ? Or should that be the moral
obligations of the taxpayers at large. I would
think that most children would be happy to erase
that moral stain on their parent(s). It's just
a case of family honor. They just might have
enough moral fiber to consider repayment of the
stolen money that was used for their benefit.
It sorta falls into the category of personal
responsibility.
