Trains individuals to do these activities independently.  Provides transportation to medical appointments, outings and other community access activities. Transportation will include travel out of the area and to other cities as  requires. If that's all you are saying then we can agree. I would like to go one step further and propose another postulate: that God may present different axioms to different people - just as God gave the world many languages. Part of Gods joy would seem to be infinite diversity. Thereby, many different religions could spring up. All of which could be a correct way to worship. If you believe, as I do, that God's truth is love as opposed to ruthlessness, than it should be easy to deduce what are God's truths and what are lies.
