Why not get a group of citizens togethers to build the new school on a volutieer basis of course. We need another group of citizens that can put in sewers and pave streets. You pay taxes for services. You want services but will not pay for them. If you do not like the taxes you pay elect new people to congress and state legislatures and state board of education. How can you expect schools to improve when the chair of the state board of education belives that the earth is only 10,000 years old, not in the billions of years. The state legislature will not be honest about state taxes and expenses, so they take money from fuel tax meant for road building and use it for the general fund. Now the state has no money for roads. So they have the brilliant idea to build tollways owned by foreign companies that will be tax exempt. So now you pay for the same road twice, with taxes and tolls. Gov Perry wants to distract you from the fact that almost a millions texans are out of work, so he talks about states rights and leaving the US. Stop electing the same people over and over again. Run for election your self if you think you can improve things. If your are going to cut taxes be ready to lose services!
