The Wilson County Appraisal District is accepting applications and/or resumes for an entry level Field Appraiser position. Monica, On the contrary, I have been very specific in my comments. Most of the anti-tax coments here are very general. "Tax" is bad. "Income tax" is bad. I pay to much "TAX". I have been very specific. I am against wasteing my Tax money. I will pay taxes if I think it is filling a needed service in our society. We may not agree on the need for thoses services, that is OK. That is what elections are for. If a govenmental body is wasting my money I will complain to my elected official, write a letter to the editor, vote for someone else. When I suggest that people go out and perform somthing like build a road, or school I am making the point, many things would be difficult to do with out some central body to perform them. That is what governments for. Your church, the boyscouts, clubs, all have some kind of governing body to make sure that the organization does what it members want done. Board of Elders, dinner committee, fund raising for special projects. Government performs the same function for our entire society and that takes money. There is no hatred and anger here. Look to yourself for the anger.
