To Rudy V - unless you have lived in thee countries you cite as examples of Social Capitalism at work, you have no room to talk. Sure, the UK has nationalized health. They also have one of the longest waiting lists for hip replacementss and "non-urgent" surgeries of anywhere in the civilized world! Yes, they have several "options" on health-care, but ordinary citizens can't afford them, unless thru an employer's plan. I'm not knocking it, since I lived there and had care under the NHS. It wasn't perfect and some people suffer. I just want you to get all your facts straight before you go idealizing these other systems. The NHS has also been subjected to exploitation from within and without and is one of the largest draws on the public purse.
Capitalism works. No socialist or communist government has ever been able to care for its citizens as well as the citizens themselves can. And that's the truth!
Wealth happens when people are free to create, innovate, discover, fail, and succeed in a free market. Things like a "national" health system, "social equality," and "sharing of the wealth" work short-term in eisolated circumstances. They don't succeed long-term. Eventually, no one wants to be the success that everyone else bleeds dry in the name of sharing the wealth.
