Anthony Flores (l) is sworn in Feb. 28 as a member of the Wilson County Emergency Services District 4 board by County Judge Richard L. “Dickie” Jackson. County commissioners approved Flores’ appointment to succeed Jim Kotowski, who resigned from the ESD 4 board in January. The district governs emergency medical services for central and western Wilson County, including Floresville and Poth.
