Frankie Ann Owen Riley passed away on Friday, Jan. 28, 2022, in Floresville, Texas, at the age of 81 years, 9 months, and 28 days. Frankie was born March 30, 1940, in Clarksville to John Mack and Laura Ann Jergonson Owen.
Frankie was a resident of Floresville 60 years and a former resident of Mesquite.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ray Riley; and daughter Sharon K. Butler.
Frankie is survived by her children, Pamela Haar, Sue Cornwelt, and Laura Phillips and husband Homer, all of Mesquite, and Crystal Averill and husband Allen, Houston Riley and wife Susie, Waco Riley and wife Dottie, and Hondo Riley and wife Kelly, all of Floresville; grandchildren Melinda, Courtney, Dason, Dalton, Alexis, John, Michael, Addison, R.J., Brooke, Kadee, Autumn, Gus, Carrie, Kelly, Brittany, Tarence, Chase, Lucrecia, Shannon, and Lee; brother Jimmy Owen and wife Barbara; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, Feb. 7, at 10:30 a.m. in the Franklin Funeral Home in Floresville.
A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow in the Marcelina Cemetery in Floresville.
Serving as pallbearers will be Dason Riley, Dalton Riley, R.J. Rodriguez, John Michael Riley, Chris Daniel, and Colby Lee.
