“It’s God’s medicine. That’s the simplest explanation I can give you,” said Kat Rowoldt, Infiniti Matrix recipient and now stem cell educator. “When God gives you the very thing that He used to create you, to heal you, the impact is amazing!”
Rowoldt was introduced to Infiniti Matrix stem cells about three years ago when she was living with chronic pain.
“My body needed seven surgeries, none of which could be done at the same time,” she recalled. “That list included a complete knee replacement, major neck/back surgery, hip work, both shoulders had bone spurs and a partially torn rotator cuff, along with carpal tunnel in both wrists. I was receiving steroid shots, including spinal injections, regularly just to survive.”
After receiving Infiniti Matrix stem cells, she no longer lives in chronic pain.
“I have my quality of life back — and life is good!” Rowoldt said.
She was in Floresville Jan. 25 sharing her story and information about Infiniti Matrix stem cell therapy, joined by Theresa Estrada with San Antonio-based Wings of Hope Wellness Center.

In the last three years, Rowoldt said she has personally witnessed and interviewed so many people who needed help physically.
“I’ve seen a 94-year-old get released from depression, a pastor on the brink of death with H-pylori infection immediately reverse and begin to thrive, several cancer patients sent home to die who are alive and cancer-free today,” she shared. “I’ve lost count on the number of knee issues that are gone, COVID lungs restored to full breath, and so much more. God is amazing!”
The stem cell educator will host another educational seminar Wednesday, Feb. 9, at noon, at Jack’s Café — 507 10th St. (U.S. 181) in Floresville; meals are included. Rowoldt extends an invitation to area residents to attend and learn more about stem cell therapy.
“I would love folks to come and hear about this, ask their questions, and decide if this, too, might be a good choice for them,” she said. “I love sharing about what has become my passion — Infiniti Matrix stem cells.”
Reservations are required for the luncheon; call or text 325-716-9190 or call 210-832-0028.
What are stem cells?
“Stem cells are the body’s raw materials — cells from which all other cells with specialized functions are generated,” according to the Mayo Clinic. Under the right conditions in the body or a laboratory, these divide to form more cells called “daughter cells,” which become new stem cells (self-renewal) or become specialized cells (differentiation) with a more specific function, such as blood cells, brain cells, heart muscle cells, or bone cells. No other cell in the body has the natural ability to generate new cell types.”
Research continues into how stem cells work and how they can be used.
Infiniti Matrix uses human umbilical cord stem cells to help kick-start the body’s internal repair system.
