I just opened my copy of the May 3 issue of the Wilson County News, and am just amazed as ever at the great photos and coverage of the Texas Rangers Day events in Floresville on April 22. Thank you. Mil gracias.
Everything seemed a blessing that day, and the Wilson County News coverage lets me know that God is in every detail. You guys always embrace what is best for the entire community. I know it is God’s blessing that you work so hard to bring beautiful coverage, especially the positive that comes our way.
I saw this day of celebration a great time to pay homage to all law enforcement officials’ dedication and highlighting the Texas Ranger history’s 200th anniversary by honoring the service of two men from different time periods and backgrounds, and to have a former Texas Ranger Chief now Wilson County judge and superhero for historical preservation speak at both events on April 22.
I have to say Judge Whitman delivered an address packed with little known, impactful, disarming historical facts for anyone not clear in knowing, in my opinion, that Texas Rangers since 1823 have always been sworn to do what is right.
I could not be happier and prouder to reiterate that De La Zerdas love the Wilson County News.
Muchas felicidades on covering a multi-faceted day of events with excellence and grace.
