Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson reminds all eligible Texas voters to make sure they are registered to vote by Thursday, April 6, to vote in the May 6 local elections across the state.

Early voting begins on Monday, April 24, and runs through Tuesday, May 2. Election Day is Saturday, May 6.

To confirm your voter registration status, visit the Texas Secretary of State’s “Am I Registered?” portal, teamrv-mvp.sos. texas. gov/ MVP/ mvp. do, to look up your voter registration record in the statewide voter registration database.

•Wilson County — 1103 4th St., Building B, Ste. 101, in Floresville

•Atascosa County — 914 Main St., Suite 115, in Jourdanton

•Bexar County — 1103 S. Frio, Suite 100, in San Antonio

•Gonzales County — 427 Saint George, Suite 306, in Gonzales

•Guadalupe County — 215 S. Milam St. in Seguin, or 1101 Elbel Road in Schertz

•Karnes County — 210 West Calvert, Suite 140, in Karnes City.
