An application has been filed by Rodney Leifeste with the Commissioners’ Court of Wilson County, Texas, to obtain permission to revise Lot 44, Lot 45, and Lot 46 of the subdivision plat of Rio Alegre Subdivision, a subdivision recorded in Volume 2, Pages 62 of the Plat Records of Wilson County, Texas. The Commissioners’ Court will hold a public hearing at 10:00 A.M. on June 26th, 2023, to consider the application and hear protests/support of the revision of the subdivision plat.
