Burn ban goes into effect July 20 for Wilson County


Wilson County commissioners approved a burn ban at their July 13 meeting that will take effect Monday, July 20. County Fire Marshal Edwin Baker told commissioners that current conditions don’t quite meet the conditions to declare a burn ban immediately.
