Senior Mustangs receive STCA All-Star recognition
The Nixon-Smiley Mustang athletic program announced its athletes selected to compete in the South Texas Coaches Association (STCA) All-Star games for football, volleyball, girls’ basketball, and boys’ basketball. Beavers take on Bulldogs, slide into playoffs
The Falls City varsity Beavers played their last home game on Friday, April 25, against the Three Rivers Bulldogs. The Beavers lost, 1-7, but still completed the season in second place in District. Beaverettes celebrate Senior Night win
The Falls City Beaverettes varsity softball team played their last home game April 15 against Charlotte, winning 17-7. They also celebrated Senior Night.

Floresville High School senior and junior girls participated in a fun Powder Puff Football game April 5. The boys took on roles as coaches, referees, and cheerleaders. The atmosphere was lively, with everyone full of energy, and a great time was had by all!
